World End Prophecies, True or False
World end prophecy, i.e. dates
and times may well be true considering the story of Jonah[1] in
the Bible. Jonah was sent to Neneva to proclaim the destruction of the city.
But because the people of Neneva pray the destruction was reversed. Well
would you say Jonah lied? Of course, he didn't. So, God can save a nation
despite all prophecy that are true and sees to its destruction, if only people
can pray. Sadly, people get distracted
by entertainment, social networks and personal hectic day to day wrapped around
errands that they would not have time to pray, want to or stop for a while to
think of it. I would say the people of
Neneva though they loved enjoying themselves and things got out of hand, they
were clever than our generation because they stopped everything and prayed.
The reason all World-end prophesied
dates are now a "cry wolf" thing is because there are still a few
saints who are praying in their closets and God keeps reversing mega
destruction. So, it would only be
justified that there will come a time when the saints are no more and that is
when no-one will be interceding on behalf of the nations. That time can
only be after a rapture, all saints gone and those left behind are not saint
enough to intercede. However, this day will surely come. I can't imagine a world where there are no
saints to pray, the picture is clear it will be the most trying times since the
creation of the universe and human kind.
The dates of destruction being prophesied
by people are true but the saints are busy on their knees and so most these
people are seen as liars. God will keep giving them dates of end of the World
and the watchers will keep announcing in fear of not honouring their God.
But, as long as the saints are still on Earth and interceding on behalf, crying
to God, He will hear them and reverse situations. Which why destructive events
like volcanoes, accidents, earthquakes, storms, tornadoes, and many other
destructive events happening now are not destroying the whole Earth, as yet.
The Bible says that in the end times, people will see visions, prophecy, and
dream dreams[2]. I believe God is sending people to warn
others through visions and dreams and prophecies. Several dates of destruction prophesied have
been true dates by the saints remain on their knees crying out to God and God
acts and revokes those dates. But folks,
one day the saints will not be there.
Talking about the saints who are interceding,
they are not mega pastors or even well-known preachers, or celebrity preachers
of today, they are mere people some without portfolios to their names in this
world. These people have a relationship with God and talk to God behind
closed doors. They pray fervently for nations and God answers by not destroying
nations. But one day these people will be gone and all walls will
collapse and earth will be at destruction risk that cannot be revoked.
The devil knows that when people pray, bad things stop happening and he can't allow that and so everything he does is to ensure that no-one worships God. He doesn't want anyone to be on their knees to God and he counts on people who follow him to help ensure that this does not happen.
